I have a nursing background having graduated in 1995 as a registered nurse, specialising in Learning Disabilities, under Robert Gordon’s University, Aberdeen. I worked at Woodland’s Hospital, Aberdeen for six years.

I trained under the esteemed Uncommon Knowledge in Brighton, utilising the latest research and understanding of psychological problems and treatments.

I am registered with The General Hypnotherapy Standards Council and follow a strict code of ethics.

I became interested in hypnotherapy after personally experiencing it’s many benefits. I suffered from Post Traumatic Stress Disorder for three and a half years and was successfully treated with the Rewind Technique in one session.
