and security. By ensuring that all of your needs are being met you

Therapy is centred around solutions and does not involve
unnecessary
digging up of past events.
Very few sessions
are required for most problems. Many are treatable in only
one or two
sessions and others may require several, but rarely more than six.
It
is a myth
that if you have had a problem for many years it will take a long
time to overcome it. I have successfully treated individuals for
symptoms of long past traumas in one session.
